Add new methods to the CurvatureStencil class, which allows for the computation of Gaussian and principal curvatures.

Also add BaseStencil::intersectionMask, which returns a bit-mask that characterizes the number and type of axial zero-crossings. Since most all other stencil classes inherit from this base class intersectionMask is promoted to most Stencils.
