OVDB-7 hid the deprecation warnings, but that still doesn't solve the problem that this deprecated functionality is being used.

The fix is to simply write a SingleCopyIterator that has source and target indices for a single copy operation. This logic will be rarely used because PointMove.h explicitly handles all common attribute types.
