We have a BinaryFilter for compositing filters using "And" and "Or" mode. We also need a NotFilter to invert an existing filter. I can't see any other use for a UnaryFilter so I don't think it makes sense to include one of these.

There's already a GroupNotFilter in one of the unit tests, so ideally this should be refactored to use this NotFilter instead.
