OpenVDB Fill SOP doesn't clear gdp

      Cooking the OpenVDB Fill SOP doesn't correctly re-validate the gdp (or at least something funky is happening). You can re-produce this behaviour by simply creating:

      VDB -> OpenVDB Fill
      or
      OpenVDB Create -> OpenVDB Fill

      In both cases, MMB on the VDB/OpenVDB Create SOP shows the filled VDB rather than an empty one.
